By booking a session or purchasing a service with Granger Prep, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
- Granger Prep offers academic tutoring services in mathematics, standardized test preparation, and essay writing.
- All sessions are conducted by Michael Granger, founder of Granger Prep.
- Sessions may be conducted online via Zoom or a similar platform unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payments must be made in full prior to the session or package start date.
- Granger Prep reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment: Payment is due upfront for individual sessions and package deals. Payment can be made via card through this website.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Granger Prep does not offer refunds for any sessions or packages purchased, including unused sessions.
- If you are unsure whether Granger Prep is a good fit, feel free to reach out to discuss your goals before committing to a package.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- 24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule a session without penalty, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice via text or email.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
- Exceptions for emergencies may be granted at the sole discretion of Granger Prep.
4. Package Expiration and Rescheduling
- Hours expire a year after the time of purchase.
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. Granger Prep cannot guarantee last-minute bookings.
5. Privacy Policy
- Granger Prep collects only the personal information necessary to provide tutoring services (e.g., name, email, phone number, academic goals).
- Your information will never be sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
- All tutoring sessions and communications are kept confidential. Any materials you share during tutoring sessions remain your property and will not be distributed.
6. Academic Integrity
- Granger Prep supports academic honesty and will not complete assignments, tests, or quizzes on a student’s behalf.
