About me

Hi! I’m Michael Granger, the founder of Granger Prep. I recently graduated from the Illinois Math and Science Academy, a nationally recognized STEM boarding school, where I earned a 4.0 GPA and scored 1580 on the SAT. This fall, I’ll be attending the Turing Scholars Honors Computer Science Program at UT Austin, one of the most selective CS programs in the country.

For the past two years, I worked at Mathnasium, helping students of all ages strengthen their math skills and gain confidence in the subject. Through that experience, I learned how to break down complex topics into simple, intuitive steps, and how to make learning feel rewarding.

I started Granger Prep to give students the kind of focused, personalized help I wish I had when I was getting started. I’m here to help you get results and actually enjoy the process.
